Our trained staff will be glad to take care of your pet’s grooming needs - whether that involves giving a bath, clipping nails, or providing a full body groom. If you’re booking these services in conjunction with day care or boarding, please make the grooming reservation in advance as well to ensure your spot on the schedule. Services requested at drop-off may not be available.

Training
The Basic Obedience Course is not available at this time.
Week 1 Orientation
- Registration, Course overview, Supply List, Demonstration on use of equipment, Demonstration on attention work, Demonstration on what will be learned, Teach heeling, Questions/Answers
Week 2 Introduction to Heeling
- Learning to heel, discussion on positive/negative reinforcement including demonstration, Use of primary motivator, Learning about turns and automatic sit in heel position while heeling.
Week 3 Introduction to Stays
- Review lessons from previous week on heeling and monitor progress. Teach left and right turns on the heel. Sit stays using nose to knees method, learning how to return to your dog. Down stays with nose to knees.
Week 4 Introduction to Figure eights
- Review lessons from previous weeks. Practice heeling with fast, normal, slow speeds. Practice turns and demonstrating figure eights. Preview Stand and leave your dog.
Week 5 Introduction to Stand
- Review all lessons from previous weeks. Teach return to dog in heel position. Demonstrate and teach Stand and leave your dog. Preview the recall exercise.
Week 6 Learn the Recall exercise
- Review all lessons from previous weeks. Demonstrate, teach, and practice recall. Practice return to dog. Demonstrate and teach back up and call your dog.
Week 7 Learn to Recall with finish
- Review all lessons from previous weeks. Demonstrate, teach and practice recall with finish. Review heeling, stays figure eights, etc.
Week 8 Practice all exercises
All courses include play time for socialization and a break
